Doily peace doves. Every doily will make 2 doves.Step 1. Cut each doily in half.
Step 2. Fold corners to middle, creating a 90 degree triangle.
Step 3. Fold triangle in half, making a 45 degree triangle.
Step 4. Cut Slit Parallel To Open Side To Create Wings.
Step 5. Fold Each Wing Up & Out.
Step 6. Bend Tip Down To Create Head.

I've been folding hearts, using the directions from this blog. I hope the picture is clear, I used my scanner. (The darn camera is out of batteries, again.)
The picture is very close to actual size. I'm getting 2 hearts to each piece of paper.

I'm using the origami paper from my half-price calendar. Fortunately, the paper so far has been red and pink.

Forgot to mention sliding the wings down over the body. That will keep it all together without using any glue.
